This recipe is delightfully simple, requiring just a handful of ingredients and a mere 10 minutes of your time. The measurements I am going to list are for 12 mini flatbreads. Ready to dive in? You’ll need 250 grams of flour, 200 grams of Greek yogurt, 200 ml of water, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Start by pouring the water into a pan, place the lid, and wait for it to come to a boil. Once it’s boiling, add the Greek yogurt, give it a good stir, and let it boil for about 4-5 minutes. Now, add the flour and salt to the mixture, and mix everything together with a spatula. When the dough is well-mixed, transfer it to a bowl and knead it with your hands.
Once you have obtained a soft and compact dough, lay it out on your work surface. Divide it into 12 pieces, each roughly the size of a walnut. Take each piece and shape it into a small ball, then flatten them until you obtain thin discs. At this point, heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
